Colosoul and Bird On A Wire organised a splendid Fashion High Tea at the gorgeous Victoria Hall in Fremantle to raise awareness about sex trafficking and raise much needed funds for Child Wise; an international charity committed to prevent sexual abuse and trafficking of children. Tricia Ray founder of both Colosoul and Bird On A Wire organised this event to bring this very serious and much neglected issue to light in a poetic and delicate manner through short stories and folklore music, which she described as giving those that don't have a voice the ability to tell their stories. Guests were treated to an array of delectable treats ranging from savoury mini amuse-bouches to macarons and cupcakes whilst watching a runway show of Bird On A Wire's first collection of vintage inspired garments - I am in love with the green skirt - with part proceeds going to Child Wise, listening to snippets of short stories and sweet soothing tunes all alluding to our ability to make a change and raise our voice for those that don't have one.
