Forget the Oscars, my favourite fashion event has always been the New York Met Gala, and this year's dresses didn't disappoint. I loved the 20s inspired looks and the pops of colour that were showcased on the red carpet. Every colour of the rainbow was in attendance on Sunday. Here are some of my favourites, (in no particular order):

| Diana Agron, in Carolina Herrera, had the perfect look. I love her hair and soft makeup, contrasted by her brightly coloured dress. I think this is my favourite look of the night. |

| I love the bright colour of Giniffer Goodwin's Monique Lhuillier gown paired with her dark hair and features. Very pretty. |
